Your first visit to Bundy Family Dentistry won’t be scary. Our nice and friendly staff will treat you like family and make the experience great. We will start your visit with a tour of our comfortable space and the technology we use to give you the best service possible. After you receive any needed radiographs and a gentle dental cleaning, you'll meet with Dr. Bundy who will find out your dental health goals and provide a complete dental exam. Together, we will find treatment solutions to help you feel great and achieve your best smile.

Insurances we accept
Bundy Family Dentistry accepts most major insurance plans and offers a care plan for those without insurance. We also offer discounts to those who provide cash payments as well as for veterans and active-duty military members. We are happy to submit your claims for you and help you with any issues with your coverage or benefits. Payment and insurance shouldn't keep you from receiving quality dental care. If payment is an issue and you don’t have insurance, consider enrolling in our Care Plan.

Bundy Family Dentistry Care Plan Information & Frequency Asked Questions
1.) What is the Bundy Family Dentistry Care Plan?
It’s a dental discount program for those individuals or families without insurance. With our Care Plan, we’re bringing you our quality dentistry at an affordable price. The Care Plan can be paid for yearly or monthly, and your benefits start as soon as you sign up.
Bundy Family Dentistry Care Plan is not dental insurance. It is a discount plan for Bundy Family Dentistry patients. Please note that htis plan will only be effective at our office and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.) What are the waiting periods and are there any exclusions?
There are no waiting periods and all dental procedures are covered under the plan except for orthodontics.
3.) Can the Care Plan be customized to my family size?
Absolutely! We can accommodate any size family. Just contact us.
4.) How is this different from traditional dental insurance?
There are no claim forms, no deductibles, no pre-authorizations, and no limits on office visits, like many insurance plans. Your discount is applied directly to your charges at the time of your office visit.
5.) Can the Bundy Family Dentistry Care Plan be used as a secondary insurance?
The Bundy Family Dentistry Care Plan may not be used in conjunction with any other insurance program as a secondary insurance to cover uncovered costs.
6.) What do I, or my family, need to do to receive the savings with this plan?
Simply purchase your membership at our office and start receiving discounts from there.
7.) Can a minor enroll in the Bundy Family Dentistry Care Plan?
If the family does not wish to enroll via a family plan, the guardian of the minor can elect to purchase an individual plan for the minor. The guardian must fill out and sign the enrollment form on behalf of the minor.
8.) Can I use the Care Plan at an office other than Bundy Family Dentistry?
No, this program is provided exclusively through Bundy Family Dentistry and is not transferable to any other location, including specialists you may be referred to.
9.) How long is the Bundy Family Dentistry Care Plan membership valid for?
Your membership is valid for exactly one year from the date enrolled. For your convenience, the plan will automatically renew each year unless you request otherwise.
10.) Exclusions?
Some exclusions apply such as orthodontics, whitening, and/or some other already discounted service are not included in the 20% discount. After frequencies are met, additional cleanings and radiographs will be charged with the 20% discount.
11.) Payment due date?
Payments can be made once per year or via monthly payments.
